1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your use of the MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair website and the mobile automotive repair services we provide. By using the website, requesting a quote, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
MotorMedics provides mobile automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services at your home, workplace, or breakdown location within our service area. Some repairs cannot be safely completed in a mobile setting; we will explain when that applies.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Online quotes and phone estimates are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide, not final invoices. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection, and we obtain approval before additional work. Prices may vary with vehicle condition and parts availability.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed with less notice, and no-shows, are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. A trip fee may apply if our technician cannot access the vehicle. Arrival windows can shift due to traffic, weather, or earlier jobs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
- Make the vehicle accessible in a safe, level location where work is permitted.
- Remove valuables from the work area and remain available to approve changes.
6. Payment
Payment is due when work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept methods shown in our booking system. Applicable diagnostic fees are quoted in advance.
7. Warranty
Repairs are covered by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, for parts and labor we supply unless your invoice says otherwise. It excludes unrelated failures, normal wear, pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied parts, misuse, accidents, and later work by others.
8. Parts
We use new or OEM-equivalent parts unless agreed otherwise. Customer-supplied parts may be installed at our discretion but are not covered by our parts warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MotorMedics' liability related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
10. Website Use
Website content is informational and belongs to MotorMedics. You may not misuse, scrape, interfere with, or reuse the website without permission. Instant quote results are estimates and are not binding offers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by South Carolina law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in South Carolina unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page.
