MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC is not liable for defective parts.

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC does not guarantee any warranties for customer supplied parts nor will MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC be held liable for customer supplied parts.

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC will not issue refunds for parts applied to customer vehicle.

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC will not issue refunds for labor time.

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC does not issue refunds for initial down payments after 24 hours. Customer must cancel appointment within 24 hours to receive refund. Failure to comply shall result in forfeiture of initial down payment.

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC is not liable nor will be held liable for customer neglect of vehicle past our recommendations. It is highly encouraged to adhere to our recommendations.

Upon receiving payment, customer automatically agrees to our policies and procedures.

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC reserves the right to charge $103.71 for all general service calls. If customer approves work, this fee is waived. If customer declines the work, this fee will be due at the time of service. Upon payment, customer agrees to this policy.
