Spills, Damage or Accidents

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC will not be held accountable for any spills, damage or accidents on customers property nor there vehicle. Customers are NOT to be near vehicle during repair process. MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC will not be held liable for customer injuries due to negligence. 

Disruptive Customers

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC will not tolerate disrespect, threats or threatening postures from customers. This will result in immediate withdrawal from job with absolutely ZERO REFUNDS and potential for a police report to be made.

Labor Policy

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC offers a 12,000 mile or 12 month labor warranty on all jobs. Labor warranty will only be applicable if MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC is found to be at fault. MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC offers absolutely ZERO REFUNDS for labor. If MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair is found at fault for any labor, customer may still be charged a less percentage labor fee for warranty repairs.

Parts Policy

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC offers a 12,000 mile or 12 month parts policy on all parts provided by MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC. MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC will NOT offer a parts warranty on customer supplied parts. If customer supplies parts, this will VOID all warranties. MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC will NOT issue refunds for parts applied to customers vehicle(s).

Appointment Cancellation

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC does NOT issue refunds for initial down payments after 24 hours. Customer MUST cancel appointment within 24 hours to receive full refund. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of initial down payment.

Customer Neglect of Vehicle

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC is not liable nor will be held liable for customer neglect of vehicle past our recommendations. It is highly encouraged to adhere to our recommendations.

General Service Call

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC reserves the right to charge a set amount of $113.15 for all general service calls. This payment may be applied to any initial repairs done on customers vehicle. This payment must be made upfront prior to service. Failure to make this payment will result in your vehicle not being serviced.

Notice of Policy Change

MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any giving time. MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC is not obligated to update customers if this policy is changed.

Upon Signature

Upon customers authorization and signature, you (CUSTOMER) agree to our policy. Upon authorization and signature, the customer agrees to allow MotorMedics Mobile Auto Repair LLC to work on there vehicle(s).
